Licensing Arxonyus Creations

License Terms:

- Personal Use:
The buyer may display or print the artwork only for personal and non-commercial use.

- Ownership Rights:
The buyer acquires ownership of the original physical artwork or the unique digital file, but not the copyright or reproduction rights.
The buyer may resell or rent the original physical artwork.
The original digital file may be resold only once; multiple sales, reproduction, or distribution of copies are prohibited.

- Restrictions:
The buyer may not reproduce, copy, photograph, scan, or create derivative works from the artwork without prior written consent from Arxonyus.
Commercial sale, rental, sublicensing, or distribution of the artwork (physical or digital) or its image is prohibited without explicit agreement.

- Author's Rights:
Arxonyus reserves the exclusive right to reproduce the artwork, as well as the right to use the artwork in compilations, collages, advertisements, derivative works, or other forms of exploitation.

- Digital Works:
The buyer may not create or sell posters, prints, NFTs, or other reproductions of the digital file without a separate license.

- License terms and conditions may vary depending on the type and intended use of the artwork.
- For commercial licenses, please contact Arxonyus for a written agreement.
- The license is issued exclusively in English, regardless of the destination country.
